I thought the level of service from the entire staff was awesome. Dr. Novakovich was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. She immediately made me feel comfortable about my hearing loss. She explained things well and fitted me with several types of aids to try for a period of time. The final choices, while ultimately mine, were a result of Dr. Michelle educating me and her understanding of my specific requirements for a hearing aid. I am completely satisfied with the results. Since then, I continue to be impressed with their customer service and follow up, including updates on new technology and routine checkups.
